"EXPRESS ADDRESS" ONLINE MOVING SERVICE EXPANDS

ExpressAddress, Saskatchewan’s convenient online address change service, expanded service today with two new participating organizations: Saskatchewan Health and SecurTek.

SaskEnergy, SaskPower, SaskTel, SGI and the cities of Regina and Saskatoon launched the ExpressAddress interactive website in June 2003, the first of its kind in Canada. The service helps people moving into or around Saskatchewan to connect, transfer or disconnect residential services for telephone, electricity, natural gas and water. Site visitors can also update their address for driver’s licences', vehicle registrations, city services such as pet licences' and now Sask Health Cards and home security.

With ExpressAddress, customer data is secure and confidential, and the site visitor chooses which organization receives their information.

ExpressAddress was developed jointly by a team from the six participating organizations to meet growing demand for convenient online services. ExpressAddress has received two national awards in the past year recognizing its progressive approach to online solutions and partnerships.

“If you’re moving, ExpressAddress is the way to go,” says Jacquie Kerr, Director of Marketing & Sales for SaskEnergy and a member of the team that developed ExpressAddress. “You can quickly notify multiple organizations about your move all at the same time and at the time of day that’s most convenient for you. It is way easier than making 6-8 phone calls repeating the same information.”

Website visitors can access the ExpressAddress website, www.expressaddress.com, directly or link through the websites of any of the participating organizations.

Other companies, cities or towns who wish to participate in ExpressAddress can obtain more information at www.expressaddress.com.
