SECURTEK'S MONITORING STATIONS MOVE TO STATE-OF-THE-ART SOFTWARE

January, 2004 - SecurTek is continuing with our investment in updating our monitoring automation software so that we may offer customers an expanded range of services, as well as provide fully redundant monitoring.

On January 21, our Winnipeg Monitoring Station moved to MASterMind Automation Software. SecurTek’s Yorkton station has been using MAStermind and MASWeb for over two years.

Features of the system include the ability to email customer’s reports on their alarm system usage, remote access to information for our Dealer Network, and utilization of the latest technology in hardware, software and data management. With the two stations being redundant, SecurTek is able to provide seamless, uninterrupted service delivery to customers in the event of an emergency.

MAStermind has been developed specifically for the security monitoring market by Monitoring Automation Software (Monauto), now owned by GE.
